After finding a water spot in our bedroom ceiling, I looked for a roofing repair company on Google. After reading lots of reviews of various companies, I called First Coast Roofing. They quickly responded and inspected my roof. Will, from First Coast Roofing, identified 2 possible causes of the leak and solutions. He also found a soft spot in another part of the roof. They provided us with a reasonable estimate and we accepted their offer. They were out this past Monday and completed the repair of both sections. We have been impressed with their quick response and professionalism. First test of the repair happened today as we had a strong thunderstorm. No leak! I had a small leak in my roof so I started calling roofing companies. Out of 5 only one called me back same day and with in 5 minutes of leaving a message. They got me on the schedule immediately and came out to make a repair in just a few days. Since then my roof has not leaked one bit and it's been 2 storms and 2 hurricanes later! I cannot say enough about the ease of scheduling, customer service, quality of the job and staff! A leaky roof sucks but First Coast Roofing Company turned my poor circumstance into a fantastic experience! Thanks guys!
