Recieved quote on a Thursday (a fair price I may add) for a non emergency roof repair I needed. Will was the estimate supervisor on scene who was polite and professional. Paid half up front which is fair and protects both parties and had the repair complete by the following Tuesday. Roof looks good as new. Great work!

I was dreading getting estimates for a roof repair; fully expecting to be inundated with companies trying to scare me into getting a full replacement. After scheduling several free estimates, First Coast Roofing was the first to respond. After meeting with Nathan I immediately felt comfortable as he did not try to pressure me into anything. He explained the possible issue and did not try to up-sale me at all. After that initial consultation, I had no doubt I was going with First Coast Roofing. I asked Nathan to put me on the schedule and canceled all the other estimates. When the time comes for a replacement or if I need any roof work in the future, I'm absolutely calling them.

I first heard about FCRC from a wholesaler who proved me that roof replacement doesn't need to break my bank. A year later I had a roof replacement project, which FCRC were 2nd best in price, but overall best in total value (gutters, vents and more). About a week after I paid the deposit I had a new roof and gutters. Easy communication and great customer support. I highly recommend FCRC.

I called about 4 different roofing companies. First Coast was the most responsive, affordable and transparent. Nathan, the owner, handled all the paperwork so I did not stress at all! Great experience with First Coast Roofing. We had a small leak from an exhaust vent pipe in the roof and called to get an estimate and repair any damage. Nathan was incredibly punctual and knowledgeable. He gave us a rough estimate and had his team come out early the next day to repair the issue. The workers were both friendly and fast. Just had a full replacement done. Company is very professional from initial quote to final closing. Will is fantastic and explained everything I needed to know and stayed in contact with me from the initial quote to completion of the job. I was provided with all the info on the new roof and even got a drone video showing me my new roof after it was completed. The owner, Nathan was very friendly and supervised the entire installation on site. Local owner and personally supervised was one of the main reasons I went with First Coast Roofing and they do not dissapoint. Samples/Colors/Choices were all made available immediately to me so I could be confident with what work was being done. Pricewise, there was no BS. Competitive pricing actually came in on the lower end of the "range" for my area and roof size/slope. Job was scheduled quickly and completed in 2 days with a full cleanup around the house including passing a magnet around the house to ensure no debris or nails were left over. Everything was left as it was before they showed up. Crew was respectful of my property and my neighbors and worked hard even in the 98 degree weather. Permit provided pre job and completion cert sent within days for insurance and any other needs you have. They also will work with your insurance company if a claim is needed/available. Highly recommend giving them a call if you need a new roof or repair.
