Just had a full replacement done. Company is very professional from initial quote to final closing. Will is fantastic and explained everything I needed to know and stayed in contact with me from the initial quote to completion of the job. I was provided with all the info on the new roof and even got a drone video showing me my new roof after it was completed. The owner, Nathan was very friendly and supervised the entire installation on site. Local owner and personally supervised was one of the main reasons I went with First Coast Roofing and they do not dissapoint. Samples/Colors/Choices were all made available immediately to me so I could be confident with what work was being done. Pricewise, there was no BS. Competitive pricing actually came in on the lower end of the "range" for my area and roof size/slope. Job was scheduled quickly and completed in 2 days with a full cleanup around the house including passing a magnet around the house to ensure no debris or nails were left over. Everything was left as it was before they showed up. Crew was respectful of my property and my neighbors and worked hard even in the 98 degree weather. Permit provided pre job and completion cert sent within days for insurance and any other needs you have. They also will work with your insurance company if a claim is needed/available. Highly recommend giving them a call if you need a new roof or repair.

First Coast did a fantastic job on my roof. Gave me a time frame on the project and then moved the date up much faster than expected. Nathan, the owner I believe, arrived early on the day of and was on hand until completion to make sure everything was done correctly. His team worked extremely fast and did a great job prepping to protect my property and post-install clean up. Nathan is who I communicated with and he made sure I was satisfied from start to finish. Nathan, the owner was wonderful to work with. He was very thorough and worked with our insurance to cover the cost. After our insurance came back too low, he appealed the decision and sent in evidence of the sustained damage along with a detailed report, which resulted in the entire cost being covered by our policy - less our deductible. His crew completely removed the old roof, installed a new roof, cleaned-up and hauled away all the trash in two days!! My roof is perfect. Great work and great service!
