After finding a water spot in our bedroom ceiling, I looked for a roofing repair company on Google. After reading lots of reviews of various companies, I called First Coast Roofing. They quickly responded and inspected my roof. Will, from First Coast Roofing, identified 2 possible causes of the leak and solutions. He also found a soft spot in another part of the roof. They provided us with a reasonable estimate and we accepted their offer. They were out this past Monday and completed the repair of both sections. We have been impressed with their quick response and professionalism. First test of the repair happened today as we had a strong thunderstorm. No leak! They came in the day of installation as planned and had the roof completed sooner than quoted. The owner was present to ensure any questions I had were answered. I had a little roof leak that turned into a too serious to ignore type of leak, drizzling down my interior wall of the backside of my house. I had another roofer take a look, and he couldn't find the problem, but he thought I might need a whole new roof. I wanted a second opinion before I thought about paying an insurance deductible and all the other fun steps that come with a new roof. The reviews were really good (can't say that I saw a bad one) and decided to call First Coast Roofing Company. Nathan was amazing! Besides solving an issue another roofer couldn't figure out, I really appreciated a couple of other things; 1) he was on time, and gave me a courtesy call before he arrived. 2) it was a very chill interaction. I didn't feel pressured into needing a whole new roof, and he was confident about this being a simpler fix (removing a rain trap) with a significant result, and I felt assured that he/company would figure out what was wrong if this didn't resolve anything, and some solid roof maintenance advice. Bonus; reasonably priced! Thanks again Nathan! Not a drop of water after the heavy rains this weekend. Easiest referral I've given.

Called on a Tuesday morning after a Monday morning storm revealed a water leak coming down from the oven hood exhaust. It was an urgent request as we would be out of town the next week, Nathan was able to come out that day and assess the situation. He gave me a great deal on the labor to replace the roof cap vent and one for the bathroom exhaust fan as they were both in bad shape. He came out that Friday and got the job done in a timely fashion. Can't thank him enough for coming out and making the repairs so quickly, very happy with results!
